Plans and prices
- $17 CAD per location per month for online ordering without online card payments: customers order and pay you directly, cash or at pickup.
- $35 CAD per location per month with online card payments.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars and apply per location. There is no commission on orders and no setup fee.
- Billing is monthly. If you prepay for a year or more you get a discount.
Card payments
Card payments run through Stripe on your own account, at Stripe’s standard fees. The money from a card order goes to your account, not through us, and we do not hold your customers’ card details.
Setting up
We set up your menu and menu migration at no charge, including a migration from GloriaFood. You keep the menu content and the customer list in your Chefzi account.
Your side
- Keep your menu, prices, opening hours and delivery areas accurate, and tell us when they change.
- Charge the taxes that apply where you sell, and issue receipts that meet your province’s rules.
- Hold the licences and food-safety responsibilities that come with running a food business.
- Use the service lawfully, and do not resell it or use it to send unsolicited messages to customers.
Availability and support
We work to keep the ordering pages and the tablet app available, and we tell you in advance when planned maintenance will interrupt them. If something breaks, contact us at the address above and we will fix it.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time and the plan stops at the end of the month you have paid for. We can end the agreement if an account is used in breach of these terms, and we give notice first unless the breach is serious.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we update this page and tell active customers before the change takes effect.
