Why one system makes reports useful
- When online orders, counter orders and delivery-app orders are in separate tools, sales are split across reports.
- With Chefzi, orders from your website, POS and Uber Eats and DoorDash are in one system.
- Your order and customer data stays yours. Use it with consent for loyalty and offers.
Using reports to make decisions
- Check which items and menus sell, and adjust the menu.
- Compare your own website with the delivery apps to see where commission-free orders are growing.
- For groups, follow each site (see multi-location management).
