Restaurant order printing

Chefzi supports order printing, so online and in-store orders can come out on paper for the kitchen and the pass, as well as on screen.

Why print orders

  • Paper tickets suit kitchens without a screen at every station.
  • A printed ticket can go in the bag with a pickup or delivery order.
  • Printing works alongside the kitchen display, so you can use one or both.

Orders from every channel

  • Orders from your ordering website, your POS and Uber Eats and DoorDash arrive in one system, so nothing is retyped.
  • Your staff manage orders in the Chefzi staff app on Google Play (App Store coming soon). Customers order in the browser and don’t need an app.

Receipts and tax

Show taxes correctly for your province (Canada Revenue Agency). In BC, PST must be shown separately on the receipt (BC government).

Choosing a printer

Tell us which printer you have or plan to buy, and we will confirm it during setup. Pricing is $17 CAD a month (Cash and pickup) or $35 CAD a month (Card payments), with no commission per order. Plans are month-to-month, with discounts on 1-, 2- and 3-year plans. Menu setup and onboarding are free.
